how it works

Whether you've chosen Queen Bee or Butterbee flowers, designing at the farm is a surefire way to make gorgeous wedding pieces! A designer from Local Color Flowers will guide you and your team through the process of making bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages, headcrowns, and centerpieces.

No need to buy any materials- we'll provide it all! Just bring any special centerpiece vases and boxes with newspaper to take your arrangements home. And BYO snacks, drinks, and even champagne if you want to get fancy!

The details

You'll design your wedding pieces with the flowers you ordered through our Queen Bee or Butterbee options.

The design session is 2 hours; you're welcome to stay after the designer leaves if you need more time.

The designer from Local Color Flowers will teach and guide you, but you'll do most of the work!

Wear comfortable shoes, and dress appropriately for the weather; we have fans, but our barn is not air conditioned.

Our barn is a work space for the farm, so you will be designing alongside tractors and such- expect it to be rustic!

A two hour session with the designer is $525 plus tax, which includes all materials such as floral glue, floral tape, wire, pins, ribbon, and vases for bridal and bridesmaid bouquets.

Extra time after your two hour session is $25/hour.

Pricing does not include flowers or centerpiece vases. See Queen Bee and Butterbee options for more information on flower pricing.
