Totally unrelated to flower farming, we decided that growing shiitake mushrooms would be fun.

Our season is about to get crazy. We've only been selling to florists a little bit here and there, since the weather put us behind quite a bit. I expect that week after next, we'll have a lovely availability list for all of our florists. That's also the week we start our CSA deliveries. Flowers! Flowers!
