Dear Readers,

It’s been a minute! And it’s been a tough growing season. But here we are, stronger for it!

After our tussle (and lawsuit) with the government over solar panel funding, we were relieved when it resolved and (wrongly) assumed that would be our big challenge for the year. You know what they say about assuming. Never do it!

In late spring, our well collapsed. I have never been more aware of how necessary water is for literally everything! After a long process of research, we realized we would have to invest in a second well. As of today, our new well is connected to our irrigation, and we hope to never worry about this again!

In contrast to these big mountains to climb, the flowers are looking gorgeous, and our team is just so wonderful- in some ways it’s been an incredibly joyful growing season. As we move into fall, I’m excited to announce that we’re going to start teaching workshops at our new farm! We took a break for a few years after we moved. But it’s time to share all we’ve built with you!
